Our first step is to set up our proprietary trailer[cite: 109]. Designed to completely control air and surface temperatures, it provides much more than creature comfort—it maximizes product performance and eliminates problems with improper humidity or dew points[cite: 109, 110, 154].

We use heavy industrial grinders to remove the top 1/8th inch of concrete[cite: 156]. This removes contaminants and lets us apply our coating to a fresh, clean surface, which is the single most important factor for long-term bonding[cite: 111, 156].

Conventional vacuuming cannot remove dust trapped in concrete pores[cite: 112]. We solve this with our industry-changing, patent-pending machine that uses sonic velocity air jets to dislodge dust so it can be HEPA-vacuumed away, ensuring a perfect resin-to-concrete bond[cite: 113].

We mix and spread industrial-quality resins in 3-gallon batches to ensure precision[cite: 160]. The resin is backrolled to guarantee even coverage and deep penetration into the freshly profiled concrete[cite: 160].
While the resin is liquid, we use a specialized blower to broadcast 700-800 lbs of rigid quartz[cite: 162]. This creates a 100+ mil thick "suit of armor" with a rock-solid Mohs hardness of 7.0, providing unmatched impact and wear resistance[cite: 122, 123, 126, 162].

The clear top coat secures the quartz minerals, maintaining a superior Wet DCOF of 0.75 – 0.85[cite: 116]. This results in a beautiful, textured camouflage that hides wear and provides the safety of unmatched wet slip resistance[cite: 128, 165].
